WP 1: Evaluation of the Documentation and Structure of the Course Concept
(October 2011 to February 2012)

Development of a profile of strengths and weaknesses as well as qualification requirements of SMEs in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Development of an initial concept design for the course with educational contents, objectives, timetables and modular structure, etc..
Review and evaluation of the existing results and products from innovative projects.
Comparison of educational objectives and contents with the existing results and determination of the uncovered objectives and contents.

 

WP 2: Kick-Off Workshop

Fine-tuning of the approach, works and responsibilities, as well as completion of the implementation agreement
Complete incorporation of the regional/national conditions and qualification requirements
Complete incorporation of conditions, needs and requirements of SMEs (target group) concerning skills.
Advisory services concerning the evaluation and analysis of all the available materials, as well as the incorporation of experience.
Presentation and advisory services concerning the CSR results in SMEs in Norway and Sweden.
Creation of a rough concept for the CSR course.

WP 3: Development of the Further Training Concept and Completion of all Course Documentation
(December 2011 to March 2012)
Development of the missing curriculum parts.
Completion of the entire course concept with all documents.

WP 4: Preparation of the Practical Training Course Testing in Germany
(February 2012 to April 2012)
Completion of all organisational preparations so that the training course can start immediately.
Intensive information of the target groups as well as wider publicity.

WP 5: Preparation of the Practical Training Course Test in Poland
(February 2012 to April 2012)

WP 6: Implementation of the Practical Training Course Test in Germany
(May 2012 to February 2013)

Full implementation of the complete training course with a minimum of 12 participants (maximum group size: 20 participants).
Dropout rate of the participants up to 10%.
Final exam is passed by all participants.
Very good teaching skills and satisfaction of the participants and participating enterprises.

WP 7: Implementation of the Practical Training Course Test in Poland
(May 2012 to February 2013)

WP 8: Monitoring and evaluation of the practical test
(May 2012 to February 2013)
At both locations, the practical testing in Germany and in Poland:

Determining the usefulness of the content-related and pedagogical concept.
Determining the benefits for participants and SMEs.
Identification of strengths, weaknesses and deficiencies, as well as the need for revisions, additions, etc.
Ensuring smooth and successful implementation.

WP 9: Preparation of the Examination Regulations and the Recognition Process 
(June 2012 to April 2013)
Creation of official further training examination and approval by the responsible state ministry.
Establishment of audit committees in Hamburg and Łódź.
Development of a concept for the international recognition of further training qualifications and for the international transfer of skills.

WP 10: Second Workshop
(September 2012 to November 2012)
Transfer of the teaching experience from the course testing.

Further incorporation of national/regional requirements for the implementation of the course in other regions/ countries.
Further incorporation of needs of SMEs for further course implementation.
Consultations concerning the draft of further training regulations and development of a basic concept for the international transfer of skills and recognition of further education qualifications.

WP 11: Revision and Completion of the Course and the Manual 
(December 2012 to April 2013)
Completion of the whole course of study concept with all documents for the Baltic-wide transfer.
Preparation of a CSR Manual.
Preparation of transfer activities.

WP 12: Third Workshop (Completion and Transfer)
(May 2013 to June 2013)
Successful transfer of the concept and the manual to 45 chambers/further education providers and 15 colleges/universities in the Baltic States.
Comprehensive training for the trainers.
Binding decisions on sustainable implementation of further education.

WP 13: Individual Transfer, Implementations and Consulting
(March 2013 to August 2013)
Successful implementation of individual transfers and application consulting.
Achieving the application of developed examination regulations in as many countries as possible, as well as the arrangements for Baltic-wide recognition of further education qualifications and the transfer of credits.
Information to a broader public about the project results.
Successful transfer in Hungary.

Working Package 14: Project Management, Preparation of Reports and Further Transfer
(October 2011 to September 2013)
Smooth management for successful implementation of the project with high efficiency in the context of the planned budget.
Intensive exchange of information and experience as well as strengthening durable cooperation of the chambers and further education institutions, as well as colleges and universities from 9 Baltic States.
Effective transfer measures in regions outside the Baltic Sea Region.
